Parameter description of hopper

Parameter description:
1. D205 replenishment bin setting quantity: This code is used to set the quantity for automatic replenishment; As shown in the above figure, the value is 300. After locking the 300th screw, the replenishment bin will automatically replenish the material.

2. D213 replenishment bin direct vibration time: This code sets the duration of direct vibration after the replenishment bin starts, and adjusts it according to the on-site situation.

3. D214 replenishment bin continued vibration time: Set the duration of direct vibration of the replenishment bin to the duration of continued vibration, and adjust it according to the on-site situation.

4. D215 Delay Start Time: This code sets the start delay time (the time from locking one screw until the next screw is blown out).

5. All parameters in the chart are set based on an 8-meter-long trachea.

6. The air pressure of the feeder is maintained at 0.6~0.7MPa.

Note: If there are screws that need to be replaced, press down on the foot pedal to lock it again, and press down on the foot pedal again to return to normal use.



Parameter adjustment operation process

Parameter adjustment is based on the text screen:

1. In main mode, press the ∨ key for manual blowing, press the UP key for manual material sorting, and long press the DOWN key for 5 seconds to reset the count;

2. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the input parameter mode. The left indicator light will turn on, and the upper digital tube will flash to display the code (such as D200). The lower digital tube will display the default value; The SET ∧ and ∨ keys adjust the code up and down sequence, while the UP and DOWN keys adjust the addition and subtraction of the default value (set value);

3. Return process: Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to return to the main mode, and the upper digital display will show the count.

Please note that all parameters of the machine have been set before delivery, please do not change the  parameters at will.
