The assembly line is used in automatically processing the electronic products. These machines are combined together with a flat belt conveyor to achieve automatically processing finished soldering, screw locking, glue dispenser. The unfinished products is flowed into the conveyor line, each of machine will proceed to operation according to the setting parameters. After being treated, the products will go back to the position for unloading. Each of work position have inde pendent functions, such as setting, display and acouso-optical alarm, etc, also switch in line into single machine work.

Function
1. Efficient, energy-saving, lead-free, environment-friendly, safe and brand-new design, simple operation, convenient maintenance.

4. Each workstation can be spliced separately for different product combinations (soldering, glue, UV solidification, locking screws etc. ), and it can also be used to increase the workstation. 

5. Adopt intelligent ID indentification control system, and can automatically indentify and read stator processing state on each of work position so as to adjust to various and complicated processing technique requirement. 

6. With twin working-position cycle design, when one working position is proceed to wind the wire, another working position will finish loading and unloading, which greatly improve the productivity. 

7. Compared with traditional pneumatic conveyor line, the belt line has the predominance of higher conveying speed, less noise, not marking the line. Furthermore flat chain structure combined with ID intelligent identification system can the software and the hardware more flexible to obtain more reasonable and flexible lay-out.
