2) The high overall flexibility of the production line, which can adapt to various complex working conditions and uncertain environments, while also having better flexibility. Subsequently, it can dynamically achieve production line reconstruction and task redistribution according to product and manufacturing process adjustments;
3) The entire line equipment adopts modular design to improve the re-combinability and stability of the entire line, and compress the project schedule;
4) The core process is completed using force control mode to ensure higher process quality and reliability. The entire line is monitored and managed through MES and upper computer systems, including dispensing energy, tightening torque, and other process data, to ensure consistency and traceability of product quality.
